TIPS Vinyl must be applied to a clean, flat, smooth surface. We recommend thoroughly cleaning the surface to be covered, making sure there are no dust particles or rocks, or other dirt that would interfere with the vinyl adhering to the surface. Once applied, floor vinyl cannot be removed and repositioned.
